Max Pines Law Privacy Policy

Max Pines Law, LLC is a law firm that obtains an Attorney Client Relationship with persons that enter into a retainer agreement with us. Anyone that works for Max Pines Law must abide by and adhere to confidentiality for our clients. Along with our Duty of Loyalty and promise of Objective Consultation and Zealous Advocacy, the Attorney Client Privilege and Confidentiality is a critical and sacred aspect of our representation. It means that we will never disclose information a client discloses to us to anyone outside of our firm. Nor can anyone force us to disclose such information. This means that clients can be forthright and honest and we can work on your case from a position of knowledge, trust, and understanding.  

Max Pines Law considers contact with us on our website, over text, through form, with chat bots, etc to all be attempts by persons to obtain legal advice from us. Though reaching out to us on its own does not create an attorney client relationship generally, we strongly believe and hold that these communications are privileged at attorney client communications and we will therefore not disclose them to anyone.   • What information do we collect from our clients and potential clients? We try to obtain contact information such as email address, phone number, and mailing addresses. This information allows us to contact our clients and stay in touch with them throughout their cases. We reach out to potential clients to let them know about our services. Obviously, we obtain information about their cases and guard this information as private and absolutely confidential.
  • How do we collect it? Initially, we obtain information from the submissions of forms on the website, emails to us, and through phone calls. Initial submissions are protected as confidential.
  • Why do we need this information and how do we use it? We need to contact our clients to tell them about court dates, advise them on their cases, and make sure that they are getting the services they need. We reach out to potential clients to try to inform them about our services to help determine if we are a good fit. We ultimately need information to best serve our clients, to defend them, and to advance their cases.
  • Do we share our clients and potential clients information with anyone? Client and potential client information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes or for any purpose. It is not shared with law enforcement, other lawyers, other agencies, or the public in general.
  • How can anyone opt out of communications with us? Just tell us! For example, by texting/replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.
