I work hard to understand my clients; to see and hear them to best be of service. My education and experience has situated me to deeply understand the law and the process.
I take professional responsibility and ethics seriously. I respect the huge responsibility of representing my clients and the seriousness of your plight. By treating our laws, the Court, other litigants, and our Nation with respect, I am respected. And as my client you too will be respected.
I know my clients face the embarrassment of injury and indignity, the pain of justice withheld, and the debilitating worry that results from an unknown legal process. For this reason I seek to support my clients and their families with compassion and caring. I listen and then execute on your behalf. By seeing you as a person and not just a case I will help you become the hero of your story.
A wise attorney will not break a door down with a hammer when he can open it with the key in his hand. I am able to work collaboratively with other players in the justice system and skillfully negotiate to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
When I seek justice for my clients, I toe the line. Being firm means taking a stand and not backing down. As a powerful trial lawyer, I offer a fair deal and if it is not taken, I don’t posture, gripe, or lose my cool; I let my litigation do the talking. This is the confidence and clarity of mind that comes after doing years of real trial work.
